Love your back or send it back
Every BearBack is covered by our 30-day back-scrub guarantee.
The guarantee
Use BearBack for up to 30 days. If it isn't improving your shower routine, start a return for a refund.
How to return
Email us with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Used items are fine — that's the point of the guarantee.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received, typically within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item
Send us a photo and we'll replace it, no return shipping needed.
Note: confirm these terms against your payment and fulfilment setup before launch.
